Cari
Co-Owner, Shop Manager
Cari has always dreamed of opening a bridal shop, and has brought those dreams to life. Her desire is to help each bride have an amazing shopping experience at White Lace, that they will remember for a lifetime.
Cari is a boy mom to her amazing son, Colin. Her favorite bridal gown silhouette is the ever-gorgeous fit and flare.
Jodi
Co-Owner, Stationery Designer
Jodi is the creative force behind White Lace Design, our in-house invitation studio. With a passion for crafting one-of-a-kind wedding invitations, she specializes in bringing your unique vision to life—mixing styles, trends, and colors to design the perfect suite that reflects your love story.
What began as a shared dream between her and Cari has grown into the heart of White Lace Bridal. Today, Jodi feels truly blessed to do what she loves every day, surrounded by friends, family, and the joy of celebrating love.
Katie
Consultant
Katie recently graduated from IUP with a degree in Family and Consumer Science Education with a minor in Middle Level Mathematics Education. She prides herself on providing personalized, one-on-one service, ensuring every bride feels special and supported through the entire process.
While not at work, you can find Katie spending time with friends and family, being outdoors, and playing with her two dogs, Sophie and Molly.
Amara
Consultant
Amara is a student at IUP, majoring in Communications. She is the daughter of co-owner, Jodi, and has been working at White Lace since 2018 in our invitation side of the shop. As a bridal consultant, Amara loves building relationships with all customers and bringing their dream wedding to life with her fashionable personality! Her favorite bridal gown style is blingy mermaid-fit.
In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her tortie cat, and spending time with her family and friends.
Grace
Consultant
Grace is a Junior at IUP majoring in Hotel, Restaurant, Tourism, and Event Management. She provides very bubbly, personable service to ensure every bride feels special and seen. Her favorite bridal gown style is a simple, elegant a-line with some bling!
In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with friends and pet sitting around Indiana.
Ella
Consultant
Ella is a Junior at Marion Center High School with a keen eye for fashion, and a passion for creating unforgettable looks. She specializes in helping brides and dress shoppers feel confident and radiant, ensuring every client finds a style that perfectly reflects their personality and occasion.
In her free time, Ella enjoys spending time with friends and family, working out, and playing softball.
Alivia
Consultant
Alivia is a Secondary English Education major at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. She has always had a passion for connecting with people and celebrating others from a young age. That being said, her favorite part of working with brides is seeing their faces light up when they find the dress they love! Alivia's favorite bridal style a ball gown with lots of sparkle and bling!
Outside of White Lace and school, Alivia enjoys spending time with her boyfriend, family and friends, as well as playing sports and taking vacations/day trips.
